Suggest Treatment For PCOD And Irregular Periods
Question: Hi,
I'm 26 years old and married..just recently i have been diagnosed with PCOS but its very mild in my case... i get irregular periods but i have >10 periods an year. my OBGyn has recommended OVASITAL F tabs one per day.
I searched about this medicine and i doubt if this is a registered drug in XXXXXXX
I dont want to take any risks for my future babys health. please help me out.

Hello Doc, and thanks for the reply. i searched about this medicine in india's registered medicine sites and could not find any info about this. how can that be possible. their should be some evidence that this is not dubious.

As such i'm not overweight nor do i have acne or heavy body hair, but i have noticed thinning of hair and also noticed few bald spots. From child hood i never had very good hair XXXXXXX but still it was okay to deal with but now thinning has lowered my self esteem a lot.
Any diet changes that you recommend to keep weight as it is but to cope with thinning.
Also online i have read that myo insositol recommended by my Ob GYn is good for hair loss too... is that true and can i continue this medicine forever.
