Weight loss and lifestyle modification

Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
The mainstay of treatment of PCOS is weight loss and lifestyle changes like exercise, jogging, playing outdoor games etc.

Brief Answer:
Can continue

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
You can continue with homeopathic medicine.
Spotting can occur in PCOS due to hormonal disturbances and thick uterine lining.
There is nothing to worry about that.
