Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Please let me know a few details.
Are your periods regular ?
Have you got any blood tests done ?
Yes, the sonography is showing PCOD, and apart from acne, there seems to be no other problem.
If your periods are regular, fertility will not be an issue.
Taking metformin ( glycomet ) regularly and reducing weight will further help matters.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Take care.

I do have regular period every month with a slight up nad donw in the dates.
I hope that shouldn't be a problem with my fertility in future.
I am worried if Glycomet(twice a day-500 mg) will affect my sugar levels in future.
And I have not gone through the blood test yet; just done with the scan of the abdomen.
Please confirm me at the earliest.
