Question : I am trying to conceive for more thatn a year now but it seems that all the medication failed. I have daughter 7 years old and never had any complications during my first pregnancy. I understand that am over weight but have tried all the medication possible after I was detected PCOD. But none of the treatment seem to be of any help to me.

What is your weight 90 kg
What medicine have you tried so far - last month was prescribed the below medicines:
CCQ 50 mg for 5 days from day 3 of cycle
Ova care (A+B) - 1 month
Ova Bless - Myo - 1 month ( twice a day)
Primiwal S25 - 5 days (twice a day)
Gestofit SR 300 mg from 16th day of cycle for 15 days
Was given HMG shots on day 7, 9, 11
HCG shot was given on day 13
In which city are you based - XXXXXXX

Was also advised follicular study whcih was positive and apt growth
Do you have regular periods - Yes ( from the time i started medications 2 yrs now)
Have tubes been checked - Yes - Normal

How many cycles of follicular study done , apart from one IUI ?
More cycles of IUI should be done if the tubes have been tested, and found to be patent.
Take regular folic acid supplements and try to have a rigorous diet and diet charted by an expert in order to try and lose weight.
