Suggest Treatment For PCOS

Question: I am 37 years old. We don't have a child. My weight is 61 kg and height 157cm. Pcod is there and don't have periods regularly. Now I am under an ayurvedic treatment, but after 3 months no periods. He gave me primolut -n and bleeding started after 9 days after this medicine. On 13 the day scan was taken but no mature follicles where there. What should I do. My blood reports are all normal. Amh is 4.6

1) Your AMH is normal and there is no reason to worry about number of eggs.

2) Considering your age and irregular periods, i suggest you go ahead with IVF as soon as possible.

3) As age advances, the chances of pregnancy decrease and hence I suggest you go ahead with IVF soon.
