Brief Answer:
Take a test around the end of January.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
I totally understand your dilemma.
With irregular periods, you are never sure about when to take a pregnancy test.
Since you do not menstruate regularly, please take a pregnancy test around the end of january.
That should be reliable.
All the best.
Please feel free to discuss further.

On XXXXXXX 2nd i had a little pain on my right side, then a little abdominal cramps a week later. I feel some light cramping but im trying not to get my hopes up. Do you think with having pcos is there any chance i may be pregnant?

Brief Answer:
Yes, there is always a chance.

Detailed Answer:
The pain and cramping are non specific symptoms.
You cannot really comment on pregnancy based on those symptoms.
And yes, with PCOS, there is always a risk of pregnancy, because , even though cycles are not regular, you might be ovulating sporadically.
Are you trying to conceive actively ?
