Suggest Treatment For PCOS

Question: In continuation to my previous question regarding PCOS. I stopped T.Diane35 few days back and yesterday I can it is bleeding very lit.
Also, I wanted to check from when should I start the medicine "Myo-inositol - 550mg". Now, Abdomen pain is reduced but a little bit of breast tenderness.
Can you also, provide the side effects of Myo inositol medicine and how many times I need to take in a day.

Yes, on stopping Diane 35 there is withdrawal bleeding.
You can start myoinositol from today onwards for next 3 months.
The dosing is two tablets/ capsules a day.
There are minor side effects of myoinositol like gastric discomfort, dyspepsia etc.
No major or concerning side effects are there.

I tried for the medicine but I am not getting in any of the medical shops which is close to my place.
Could you please suggest alternative medicine for this. Also, if I get alternative medicine today, can I take start from today?

Finally, today I got Ovagrace Plus 550mg and I am going to start from today. Today, I have heavy bleeding compare to last 4 days.
