You need to see a therapist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concern.
Considering severe symptoms of PTSD, it is essential to see a psychologist/ psychiatrist. It can be treated by both medication and psychotherapy or combination of both depending on severity of symptoms.

I like to stress out here that others can know that you are having problem by looking at your facial expression, your body language that you are suffering due to something. You do not need to tell them as it is unlikely to help you. You need to communicate your feelings to a therapist who can understand the exact nature of yur emotional state and have skills to correct it in positive way.

To start with it is advisable to do deep breathing to counter the few of symptoms of PTSD. It has been shown that deep breathing exercise rejuvenates your body and increases your stress handling skills.

'Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help".
Thanks
