Suggest Treatment For Parkinson's Disease

default
Posted on Sat, 1 Apr 2017
Question: I have Parkinson's...been recommended for DBS...doing a lot of questioning, research...came across this ... "you can prevent and stop the progress of Parkinson's if the right measures are taken soon enough. The amino acid L-cysteine gets converted in the brain to the amino acid glutathione...which is a powerful protector of the cells that become damaged in Parkinson's and in Dementia. For years now, I've been giving my Parkinson's patients L-cysteine. When it is given in high enough doses, it stops the progression of the disease.
The other nutrient I use is melatonin. Studies in animals that were given a drug that causes Parkinson's show that if these animals are given melatonin in high enough does, they don't get the disease. The dose of L-cysteine I use is 1,000 mg twice a day. The melatonin dose is 120 mg taken about 45 minutes before bedtime. Both of these natural substances are safe and completely without side effects at these doses." Dr. XXXXXXX Schallenberger
My question is this...is this worth a shot and what do y'all think about the possibilities?

Brief Answer:
They are not tuthful!

Detailed Answer:
HI and thanks so much for this query.

I understand the dilemma clients go through when they have a disease condition and their treating doctors say there is nothing that can be done to treat this condition fully and yet many unscrupulous persons propagate false information of them having the means to offer a cure. It is not true. Please, the medical community will never withheld better treatment from her patients. What we put out there is the best available given our current understanding.

I really frown at persons who rather want to defraud clients and extort their hard earned money promising results they cannot deliver. Please, don't fall for this.

In unequivocal terms, I strongly discourage you from considering any such options. I recommend you follow the deep brain stimulation as suggested by your doctor. At least, this has shown beneficial to recipients.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be.
