Brief Answer:
Depends upon many factors .

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
To recapitulate: Female/70 - liver psoriasis / ? Cirrhosis - pott's spine - on first level medication - wants to know how much time will she take to feel better as it is too much pain for her to bear...

Please give some details for me to assist you better.
- Since when is she taking medication?
- Is it liver psoriais or cirrhosis?
- Where exactly is the pain?
- Since when she she on treatment for Pott's spine?
- Was it MRI or CT scan that diagnosed Potts' spine.

The recovery will depend upon how much is the Pott's spine destruction, compression on the nerves, local extent, how she will respond to the treatment as she has a liver issue.

Painkillers in appropriate dosages should help her to recover and if some procedure like aspiration of the cold abscess or surgery if needed may be required if the pressure symptoms are too much.

You may post the MRI or CT report and the present condition of the liver.
Old age also takes more time for recovery.
Proper maintenance of Hemoglobin and Proteins in the blood is very important for early recovery.
