Brief Answer:
Don't use it

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query.

Thinking that you may have UTI is ,
having urinary frequency,
discomfort or pain in lower abdominal region
with/or not burning urination.

AZO is over the counter product that the main active component is Phenazopyridine and it has been assigned to pregnancy category B by the FDA.
Animal studies have failed to reveal evidence of fetal harm.
There are no controlled data in human pregnancy.
Phenazopyridine is only recommended for use during pregnancy when benefit outweighs risk.

As my opinion ,and vary from your symptoms I would recommend you only to start with cranberry teas until you can see your doctor .

All the best
