Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
I have seen all the reports sent by you.
X rays show ageing changes in spine and some cardiac enlargement.
It is the urine report which shows that the lady is suffering from acute urinary Tract infection and it also shows the antibiotics which would suit her best for this infection.
There is nothing to worry as she would settle soon.

but doctor are saying that there is some serious heart deseasei.e. complete blockage on left side of heart.apart from this some bleeding comes from her mouth when she coughs.should i take her to any cardiologist?
