Brief Answer:
indicative of urinary tract infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX
Welcome to HCM.

The reports you have given are indicative of urinary tract infection (urine reports showing 20-25 pus cells and bacteria 3+) but all these reports must be co-related with clinical symptoms.

The reason of frequent UTI could be either incomplete treatment course or her high blood sugar level if blood sugar is not under control.

Is your mother having fever, burning micturition or lower abdominal pain?

She needs to be consulted by urologist or physician for thoroughly clinical examination with complete medical history.

She will require antibiotics (quinolones specially levofloxacin in high dose (750) or amixocillin (625) with clavulanic acid) to combat urinary infection completely for minimum 12 to 15 days with other symptomatic treatment like analgesics,anti-inflammatory and antacids with urinary alkaliser liquid citralka.

She can also go for urine culture and sensitivity testing to identify growth of the organism which is responsible for her repeated urinary infection and sensitivity of antibiotic to that organism.

So,better take her to urologist for complete treatment.

Hope this will help you.
