Question: Based on the medical reports as mentioned in the medical history and pathological reports, I request to advise me of the treatment i.e. which medicine should i take and for how many days and the doses each day. Also advise me as to whether I have also to see another specialist in view protein traces in my urine.

You can take Norfloxacin 400 twice a day for 15 days.
Drink plenty of water.
Urine protein are also high.

Thanks for the prompt reply. But this is strange that an Ortho. surgeon has answered my query which in my opinion relates to Urologist or Nephrologist. Anyway, it is medical protocol and I have nothing to say.
However, as advised please do let me know which specialist( whether medical/medicine/surgeon/nephro or any other) I should consult for treatment of high protein in urine.
