Question : Hi,
A few days back I asked for a condition called Urticaria from which I am suffering since 2-3 years. I was advised by Dr. Asmeet XXXXXXX Sawhney to have a few tests. Now, I have done it and want you to look at it for further advice. I want to upload the scanned results but I don't know where to attach it.

Brief Answer:
You haven't uploaded Anti TPO & serum IgE levels

Detailed Answer:
These reports are fine.
Their is no infection in your blood, urine and stools and your thyroid levels are normal.
To predict prognosis I need to know your Anti TPO levels and serum IgE levels.
Kindly upload these reports.

Brief Answer:
Serum IgE levels are raised, urticaria will take longer to resolve

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the newly attached reports.
Your Anti TPO levels are normal which your serum IgE levels are raised.
It indicates that there is allergy in your blood and your urticaria will take a long time to resolve.
It may take even 1-2 years to resolve completely.
You need to continue with tablet levocetrizine 5 mg bedtime daily for a long time say 3-4 months and then consult a doctor.
Don't take stress as it is just allergy and nothing serious.
