Brief Answer:
Multiple vertebrae cannot be surgically repaired in same surgery.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The spine injury that is 20 weeks old can heal well with good results after the surgical repair. At your age the age related osteoporosis is an additional risk factor. This can delay the bone healing.
You can discuss regarding the expected time of recovery in your case. The decision to do a corrective surgery of L2 depends on the operating surgeon and the extent of injury. The damaged L2 can be surgically fixed.
It is not possible to repair multiple vertebrae in the same sitting as the procedure will be too long and there can be anesthetic complications involved.
I hope this answers your query.
