Question : I have what looks like a blood blister on the inside of my thigh. I do sometimes get a rub rash there when i exercise with out the proper shorts on. the rash goes away after using some jock itch spray. How do i get rid of the blood blister.

The blood blister can be due to frictional dermatitis .
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply steroid antibiotic combination cream like cortisone and neosporin ointment on the blister twice daily for 5-7 days.
This should resolve the blister.
Besides this you can continue using the jock itch spray and wear well fitted cotton shorts.

can i still exercise? i do have irritation even just walking. should i cover with a band aid or bandage? I do thank you!

Avoid exercise, keep it open

I would recommend you to avoid exercise till the time it resolves since exercise can aggravate it.
You can keep it open.No need to cover it with bandaid or bandage.
