Brief Answer:
Based on the pictures, to me it doesn't appear to be anything serious

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX
Welcome.
I have gone through your pictures and do understand your concern.
But based on the pictures it doesn't appear anything serious it might have occurred as result of tongue bite ( usually it occurs during chewing and goes unnoticed) or it might be normal variation which is present from the beginning.
Based on the pictures I don't think you need to worry, and to me it doesn't look like cancer.

As you have noticed it recently I would suggest you to observe for few days and see for any change. Apart from this presently I think you do not need any medication. If you are anxious, get it checked by local doctor or dentist.

Hope this helps.
Take care

Brief Answer:
gargaling, steam inhalation, capsule omeprazole

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome. Good to hear from you.

For sinusitis I would suggest you to drink plenty of water especially warm water. Warm salt water gargaling 3 to 4 times a day. Steam inhalation with few drops of eucalyptus oil in it 3 to 4 times a day. Need of antibiotic can be decided on examination.

For GERD --
1. Antacids like Digene or Gelusil syp, 2tsp in 50ml of water three to four times a day half an hour before food. You can also take capsule omeprazole 20 mg once daily empty stomach, before breakfast for a week.
2. Avoid spicy food, alcohol, carbonated drink, smoking if you do. Add more fibres to your diet, more vegetables, fresh fruits.
3. Regular exercise. 30 to 40 minutes walking in the morning.
4. Avoid lying down after meals, walk for 10 to 15 minutes after food. Eat frequent small meals instead of heavy meals. Do not starve.
5. Avoid eating fast food, outside food, go for fresh homemade food.

Follow this measures, you should be fine.
Hope this helps.
Take care
