Brief Answer:
Most probably it is not the melanoma or cancer

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,
I have gone through your question and images and understand your concern; and it suggests that most probably you may not be suffering from the melanoma or cancer.

I would like to inform that there are so may reason of the brownish discoloration of the tongue such as fungal infection except candida or mixed infection i.e. fungal and bacterial, trauma to the tongue, oral fibroma and hyperpigmentation.

If I were your treating doctor then I would like to prescribe gargles with the hydrogen peroxide and hexidine and also apply the candid mouth paint (Clotrimazole) to the affected area for at least 7 days. If the condition persist even after the seven days then better to consult with ENT specialist for further management.
