Question : today I noticed that a brown colour pimple in my scrotum, it is painful, what is to be done now?

Hi,

It is most likely an infected cyst or infected hair follicle. Either case let the pain reduce first.
You can use FUCIDIN ointment over it three times a day for one week. If it is unable to tolerate the pain, you can take over the counter pain killer like Brufen.
This should not be worrisome, it will take a week to subside.
