Question: I have been operated 2 times for nasal polyp. My nasal bone is bend towards right side.
I cannot tolerate air flow directly to my face. Even sometimes if the fan speed is much I started getting nasal block and stated nasal discharge. Please advice medication.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX, Welcome to HCM..

I've gone through your query and understand your concern..

Now what you've explained is deviated nasal septum or DNS which is causing this recurrent nasal blockage as well as congestion..

NEILMED is just saline nasal rinse, are you using any thing else also with it ?

Please let me know the specific names of what all drops/spray that you're using..

Any fever ? Cough ? What is the color of nasal discharge ?

Meanwhile try to use a face mask to avoid direct exposure to face..also use the mask while you're going outdoor to prevent direct exposure to dust particles..

Also start taking steam inhalation with Vapocaps (eg. Sinarest/Carbol Vapo-cap) 2-3 times a day , it'll help you providing symptomatic relief..

Always try to sit with your face down to prevent direct exposure of high speed fan and if possible then try not to keep the fan speed at the highest point..

With all these being said, I'd strongly advice you to re-schedule a visit to your ENT specialist as persistent nasal congestion due to DNS can be cured surgically and there are several options available as corrective surgical measures(Septoplasty vs SMR)..

Let me know if any thing's not clear..

Take Care
Kind Regards
