Question : I had already asked a question. Came back with only a psychological diagnosis. I replied and said that I was pretty sure it was not that (it is for my adult son - not myself) and never got a reply. Can we get a second opinion? I have pictures of a nasty rash.

I treat such cases with a combination of oral and topical antifungal medication.
A combination of oral terbinafine tablet 250 mg daily and ointment clotrimazole to be applied twice daily for a month works well.
