Suggest Treatment For A Fused Bladder And Uterus

Question: 42 Yr old, 4 children, 1 by csection... 1 tube and ovary removed in 2010.,,recently missed two months of cycle. Went in for my early as well as the missed cycle and Dr. Discovered my bladder and uterus grown together. Will I have To have surgery?
