Question : I recently fell and have a hematoma on my right arm about the size of a walnut. It does not hurt. This occurred a week ago. What treatment should be done for it? I know the body has to assimilate the blood which is gathered there. Is there anything I can do to help the knot of blood to go down?

I have gone through your query. As it happened 1 week ago you can do heat application by water bag. Using Heparin gel or hirudoid cream or gel for application on haematoma is also good for resolving it faster.
