Question : I had problem with stone found in my kidney.Please suggest me what i do.

There are several possible treatment. If there is large stone or kidney damage then so called lithotripsy may be required or surgery in some cases. For home remedies you should cut down on the amount of soda and energy drinks you consume. Avoid processed foods and alcoholic beverages. Add more fruits and veggies to your diet, especially those listed above. Drink plenty of fluids, still water if possible, or lemon juice. Also, raspberry tea may help. For pain, take diclofenac and smasmolytics.
