Question : I have had a large quantity of mucus that I have had to frequently spit out over the last week to 10 days.

I also have had a general "run dow", low energy level, feeling.

No high temperatures - just a general feeling of fatigue.

Brief Answer:
Sinusitis or allergic rhinitis

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

It seems that you are suffering from an attack of sinusitis or allergic rhinitis. I would recommend that you take an antihistaminic as Cetirizine 10mg once daily before going to bed together with a mucolytic every eight hours as Mucinex. Also, try to drink plenty of fluids to prevent the mucus from getting thick.

I hope you find this helpful.

Regards
