Brief Answer:
Clinical Evaluation, Ultrasound, FNAC for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
To recapitulate: Female/26 - lump in neck - no pain - but increasing in size - wants to know what to do....

Please give some additional information for me o assist you further:
- Since when is this lump present?
- Is it XXXXXXX or fixed?
- What is the size, shape and numbers (single or multiple)?

I would advise you in such a situation the following:
- Consult a General Surgeon.
- Get a high resolution Ultrasonography done - FNAC means fine needle aspiration cytology under ultrasound guidance if possible.
- Tests of blood as advised by your Surgeon

This will help you to get the most appropriate diagnosis so that a proper treatment can be planned.

I hope this answer helps you to get an early diagnosis and curative treatment.
Please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
