Suggest Treatment For A Raised, Light Colored Lump On Chest

Question : I was about to take a shower when I noticed a round, dime size shape on my chest as I have a low-cut night gown. It is somewhat raised, a little bit lighter in color than my skin, and feels like a surface lump. I have been thinking if I hurt myself this morning or last night. I did a 4 mile walk with friends in 35 degree weather. I have never had this before.

I forgot to add that it does not hurt and is not tender to touch.

Thanks for the details .

The kind of ledion you have could either be a lipoma or a sebaceous cyst .
On case the ledion is not increasing in size ,or is not associated with any pain ,discomfort or discharge ,then you can leave it as such and need not worry .
However if you notice any of the above signs ,then you would surely need an assessment by a doctor .
