Question : I have recently been on holiday and have noticed a small mole on my right arm I am not sure if I have had this small for a long time it's slightly raised but small and the same colour runs through it But just wanted to check I can send an image across if required

I think that because it was slightly raised and it has a tiny little bit surrounding it it cost me to worry is it normal for them all to be slightly raised many thanks
