Brief Answer:
Looking like pyoderma

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it is looking like pyoderma which is bacterial infection of the skin.
Is it associated with any pain or burning?
What is the duration of this blister?

no pain or burning until after i poked it with a needle. Now it is little uncomfortable.

I noticed it a few weeks ago but it was only 1/4 the size it is now. It suddenly quadrupled in size over the last couple days.

any advice?

Brief Answer:
Apply topical antibiotic

Detailed Answer:
In such cases I recommend my patients to apply topical antibiotic like mupirocin or neosporin cream on the affected area twice daily for 5-7 days.
This should resolve this blister.
