Question : I have this spot on my but cheek thats red and a pimple looking and trender to tuch and have stuff tuch it what could it be i included pics

The most probable diagnosis is an insect bite as there is central mark and redness nearby. There is no halo.
Since this is on butt cheek where the fat is more than the other parts of the body, the infection and inflammation can take more time to settle.
Hence i would advise you the following:
To get a proper clinical evaluation and examination and proper prescription based treatment from your Doctor so that the further delay and complications are avoided.
Such lesions can cause cellulitis, abscess formation if not treated well.
Please do not apply anything locally.
