Question: Hi Doctor,
I'm 51 years old. From past 3 years I have leg pain with blood clots in multiple places on both legs. Please suggest on how to stop this clot

To recapitulate: Female/51 - leg pains with blood clots in multiple places - both legs - wants to know how to stop these clots...
As per the history you have provided, these look to be varicose veins with complications.

Please give me some additional information:
Any investigations done like Ultrasonography with color doppler?
Any clinical evaluation by a General Surgeon?
Any treatment tries?
Any other information you would like to share?
Do these spots reduce when you keep the legs in raised position in bed on a pillow and stand prominent on standing up?

Also post the clear and focused photographs as these help sometimes for on-the-spot diagnosis.
