Hi Doctor,
It is coming and going from last two years, i have done a small sugery last year and the surgens had removed it completely and told me to keep it dry and cool alwas but whenever i sweat or feel hot this comes up again,

Recurrence means there can be a chronic disease or simply recurrence or formation of new one at the same place.
This can be confirmed by:
Ultrasound and aspiration, the discharge to be sent for: Gran staining, AFB staining for tuberculosis as this is present for 2 weeks, culture and sensitivity.
If solid then FNAC to be sent for AFB staining.
May need a formal excision to remove all the wall of the mass and send this for histopathology to know the diagnosis and also have proper medication as per the cause thus found.
