just wondering i have a sore spot on my right side u under my chin/jaw cant really feel nything there just little sore any idesas?

Folliculitis is a bacterial infections.
Treatment is with antibiotic creams such as mupirocine.
It is safe and effective.
You can try this cream.
It is to be applied twice a day.
