Hello dear. I have gone through the details. It is difficult to arrive at a diagnosiss without folloeing investigation
An excision biopsy of tumor
A ct scan of neck and chest.
It can be either a cancer or tuberculosis or lymphoma.
Please revert with investigation reports.
