Question : Hi DOctor, I noticed a white spot on the foreskin of my penis about 3 weeks ago. Its not painful or itchy. Wondering what it could be.

Thanks for the query and photograph.
It is looking like vitiligo patch.
I treat such cases with topical application of a mild steroid cream like cortisone in day and ointment tacrolimus 0.01% in night.
These creams are safe and usually available over the counter.
You can try this for a month.
