Brief Answer:
Daily dressing with few medications you need to take......

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I had gone through your problem thoroughly and also saw the image uploaded by you.
On first look, it seems like cellulitis, which is the inflammation of subcutaneous tissue. If pus is also coming out of it,then it must be infected. You could have avoided that, if you have taken proper care of wound.
But anyways, i would suggest you to do daily dressing of that area with hydrogen peroxide and povidon iodine (betadene) and keep that area dry always. I would also advise you to take higher antibiotics (cephalosporin like) and anti inflammatory drugs for 5 days. Because these are prescription drugs, you would have to contact your local doctor and confirm the diagnosis. I would also advise you to take vitamin C twice a day for 10 days for better healing of the wound.
Hope this answers your question and let me know if you have any further relevant queries. Wish you speedy recovery.
