Question : I have a pain on my lower right stomach near my hip flexor.( maybe it is my hip flexor) PT says it could be a strain but ive been doing stretching and strenghtening for about two weeks and it still hurts.
Pain when:
I sit up
Sneeze
Contract the muscle

I am so sorry to hear about this pain and all the inconveniences this might have caused you. I have reviewed your information fully and it is suggestive of a possible strain. Given the mechanical nature of this pain especially when muscles are contracted like during sneezing, sitting up, etc, it relate to a muscle injury. I will recommend that you take some rest and also add tylenol/Ibuprofen to your treatment regimen. This way, the pain would be addressed while you gain time and recover.
