Brief Answer:
Temple pain is unlikely to be related to the Aneurysm.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir.
Welcome to Health Care Magic.
Thank you for your question.
I am a Vascular Surgeon and will try to resolve your query.
Could you tell me when was the aneurysm diagnosed and what is the maximum size of the Aneurysm. If you have a CT report you could send it to me.
Pain in temple is unlikely to be related to the Aneurysm. Is it continuous pain or comes and goes.
Secondly why have you been prescribed Pradaxa if you could tell me.
For the pain you could take Tab Tramdol once or twice a day and this should help you or you will need to see a Physician for the same.
Take care and do let me know the old report and do ask any queries on this issue that you might have.
Take care.

Aneurysm 4.7cm, had it probably 6-7 years. I was wondering if I could have another aneurysm in my head? I have been taking Pradaxa for A-fib. Temple pain is infrequent, several shooting pains when it returns, not excruciating but painful and lasts maybe 4-5 minutes.

Brief Answer:
Pain is unlikely to be due to Aneurysms.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for your reply.
Aneurysms don't usually lead to such pains.
I suggest you see a Neurologist for the pain.
As for the Abdominal Aneurysm when was the last CT or Ultrasound done. If not done in the last one year then please get it repeated and let me know the maximum transverse size. Also, get a 2D Echo done by Cardiologists to know status of heart whether it could be the cause of pain.
Take care and do let me know if there are any other queries.
Dr Rishi.
