Brief Answer:
Abdominal aortic stenosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome.
This is Dr Sameer, cardiologist from Fortis Hospital.
I went through all the attached reports & noticed that the patient had stenosis in Aorta (before bifurcation of illiac artery) & successful stenting of the narrowing was done in May 2015.
About this disease it is a blockage in the major artery of body which supplies blood to the lower part of body. If it is blocked than blood supply to the area gets hampered & patients complaints of pain on walking & when it becomes severe pain occurs on rest too & color of area which is supplied by that blood vessel changes to blackish (and that is a very bad sign).
Treatment is diagnosis of place of blockage by angiography & than opening of that blood vessel by angioplasty.
Post Angioplasty, We put such patients on dual blood thinners for a year & than change to single blood thinner which has to be taken life long.
Patients generally recover in a month or two and should be fit to do his normal routine.
Prognosis is generally good if treatment is received before the color of area change to black.
As the blood supply gets restored, the area gets recovered with time. So yes it is treatable.
Thanks & take care
