Question : Ill be 59 in , XXXXXXX in good shape. Teach pilates, worked out with my daughter this afternoon.
Since then ive felt bloated, am distended.

I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
This may be transient feeling of distention.
Take a proton pump inhibitor for acidity.
Get evaluated and examined by a physician if symptoms remains or increases.

I have a tightness around my lower abdomen, right above my pubis, that feels like a continuous XXXXXXX XXXXXXX ....its as though ive held my urine too long. When i void i get NO relief but does NOT feel like a UTI. No blood. A little chilled.
