Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Bloating Caused By IBS

IBS flares. No worries.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Your Symptoms are suggestive of IBS and unhealthy diet and lifestyle with smoking, drinking and fatty foods worsened it. Its never too late though. Modifying diet and lifestyle alone will help the symptoms. Small frequent meals, avoidance of fatty dairy products, spicy foods, stimulants, soda, alcohol, beverages, chocolates, processed and canned foods etc is the key.
Prefer more fibrous, green leafy vegetables and drink plenty of fluids. LDL slightly raised will also get managed by this. So will be the constipation. Accident with a car might be a coincidence but unlikely the role in IBS.
Dark circles around eys are mostly due to fatigue or inadequate sleep. Allergies, atopic dermatitis, sun exposure, deficiency of vitamins or inadequate imbalanced diet etc are the commonest causes. . Caffeine tightens blood vessels and curbs puffiness. Ingredients like retinol and vitamins C and E can lighten undereye circles.Have a cup of tea, and then pop the moist tea bags into your fridge. Let them cool off. Lie down, close your eyes, and put the tea bags on your eyelids for a few minutes. When you are outside wear shades.
I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.

Last thing what tyoe of tea should I use? I Have been sleeping for 8 hours a day for couple months. I changed and changing my lifestyle!
No CT scan.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back to me
CT scan is really not necessary and is unnecessary exposure to a lot of radiations which i would not recommend. As i mentioned your LDL is high due to diet lifestyle changes, once you adjust them, these will come down. No worries. Dizziness needs some antivert and is purely benign entity here. Take any tea you are comfortable with. Dont use too much tea as caffeine and theophylline in it are commonest causes of IBS flares.
I hope it helps.
