Brief Answer:
Gastroenteritis most probably

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Please give additional information for me to assist you better:
Any loose stools, gases, bloating?
Any other information that you have mentioned above?

From the history you have provided this looks to be a mild form of gastroenteritis wherein the left lower pain - cramping might have been due to enteritis/colitis.
Right upper pain due to gastritis which caused nausea and vomiting.
Feeling warm and dizzy can be due to the infection as explained and thus the feeling of being crappy.
I would advise you the following:
Get the tests of blood, stool and urine.
Clinical evaluation, examination and correlation with reports to get a proper medication.
I hope this answer helps you.
Please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication and give the feedback.
