Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Cramps Post Hernia Surgery

Question: I wrote to you and was so disturbed by your answer, I lost hope that night; however, God seems to be pushing me as I cannot let what abuse I've received go on ruining my life.
If it's just pain" you said.....have you had pain 24/7 caused by carelessness? I'm in no way trying to attack you but I have been given the strength through God and only Him to keep preserving . I am the result of medical abuse; and in the time since i had new issues and the failure to address these issues I was given 3,530 Percocet and 6 months of, starting with 75 mg Fentynol then 50 mg for six months taking every 48 hours. This is pain management for surgery I didn't need and three other surgeries all connecting to each other. Before, I had no abdominal pain, no pain where the surgeon chose to cap the colon and put in side of rectum with strips of mesh. And, back up for so long that when a movement happened it pulled something; I have a prolapse (rectal) more obvious than the one I supposedly had. And, new symptoms continued to be treated with meds and injections - still treating me for MVA that was in 2009. You don't know my history so in all fairness it's ok, but "just pain" has taken away a life of health and opportunity to be with family; to love and nuture my grandchildren. I'm sure if you knew my fight, and the lack of attention I've received you would not have said what you did and my response lasted tip next day as I will not give up. I wish you the best, but please, "just pain" ruined my life but there is someone out there who will listen and help.

Brief Answer:
Pain management specialist consultation

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, im deeply moved and genuinely sad and sorry for what you felt after my reply to your query.
But believe me i just wanted to make sure that this pain is the key problem and curing Pain will take away all the agony and frustration and obviously return you the quality of life you deserve.
I apologise in case it was a blow on your emotions and if it questioned your fighting spirit but believe me i totally understand your problem because i have been dealing with a lot of cancer patients who are relieved from cancer but are suffering from body pains or bone pains because of the side effect of Radiotherapy or surgery.
But of course you are more upset because you fell victim to an unwanted surgery but all we have in our hands is to fight and show the world that if one wants something real desperately and fights for it properly then God is definitely going to listen.
So please try a pain management specialist (anaesthetist) at least once and i really wish you the best of health and luck.
Regards
Dr Manisha

XXXXXXX small intestines are "kinked" have bands around them, bladder has drastically changed since pulling the area near resection and rectum. Possibly if I had been checked after hernia repair, but, .....no point going there. My insides are screaming. I saw one of the finest pain management doctors; the one who helped me safely get off opiates, but he said I needed to take care of gastro and whatever mess has been done inside. Please remember I had surgeries and was treated for old back pain so, I would not be taking care of myself if I went in to a pain XXXXXXX dr who did injections or drugs. My insides were perfectly fine until this one money hungry dr convinced mr the surgery would help back pain. The worst was sending me home with an infection. He won't return my calls and the records of my colon before he messed up,, have disappeared. You are fine. I know my body and the changes - that is why I will keep searching. No apologies necessary as it is a long nightmare which has had many changes. Again, I do not hold anything against you as I believe you thought you were helping. I've not had one dr know me from start to now and we had just moved here when this all began therefore I didn't have my trusted doctor. My best.

Brief Answer:
enterography report needed

Detailed Answer:
I'm so relieved and happy to know that you got my intentions right and i promise you will have all the facts and precise opinion as per the best of my knowledge and definitely coherent with international guidelines.
Also im happy to know that you have been with a good pain management specialist but still since the agony is there complete remission will definitely take time.
I would like to know in case you have had the enterography study done so as to see if there has been some malfuntioning.
in case you have had that, kindly upload the report so that i can advise you better.

If I hadn't had radiologist compare last years to recent we wouldn't have found illius and I would be on my way. Prolapse returned and enterography tomorrow but, reports have come back fine because I didn't have a dr who knew my history. I didn't have any abdominal cramping until after hernia repair. Went to deaf ears. The colon should never have been touched - he is sleazy and I know it's wrong to criticize another dr. So, all I had was ignored back pain; now I explode and incontince started after surgery. It is far too complex and ignored except with drugs so please don't feel you need to respond. I just wonder how many ripple give up. Today is like to, but I know there is someone who will see violated body. I'll let you go on and help others so just make it so I can rate you. I believe people from your country have high standards. I got lost in the cracks and treated for back pain, which I do not have. If only I could go back and not have had sigmoid resection. Thank you
