Question : Hi.

Previously been diagnosed with h pylori. Currently, have abdominal discomfort and a slight chest pain and some stomach noises and constant need to to go to the toilet.

Hello sir thanks for trusting health care magic.
All this is due to increased acid formation in stomach which needs regular care.
You need to
- take curd and cold milk at regular intervals may be in small quantity
- avoid fried and spicy meals
- drink ample amount of water daily
- take salads, fruits and specially bananas daily
- take tablet pantoprazole twice a day on empty stomach for at least 4 weeks.
I would like to know how was H. Pylorii diagnosed.
