Brief Answer:
Recommendation

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

If the stomach upset involves acid reflux, you can try Zantac 150 mg twice a day for a week and see if that helps you.

I am concerned when you say that you are thirsty all of the time. Is this a new symptom for you and do you have any history of high blood sugar? Because it can be a symptom of elevated blood sugar. A fasting blood sugar might be a good idea, particularly if you are fatigued, and have no other reason to be thirsty, such as increased vigorous exercise, hot weather, new medication, or vomiting and diarrhea.
