Brief Answer:
No need to be worried at all.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Generally such bumps which can be easily palpated are located just under the skin. It means that this lumps have nothing in common with abdominal cavity. So this are just soft tissues benign lumps.
As lung as such lump does not grow fast (like in few weeks), does not hurt, no need to be worried. It can be simply left alone.

If you want to make sure about the nature of this lumps, soft tissues ultrasound can be done.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Still nothing to worry.

Detailed Answer:
Yes, lipoma can be also on this location. And it can hurt when it compresses bone or nerve while being pushed. So this is also not anything unusual.
