Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain And Acidity

Question: Hello There !!
I took mifgest on 21st XXXXXXX however that time all the product was removed in abortion.However i checked my pragnancy after 10 days and it was showing still pragnancy and i was afraid and i take mifgest whole course again.still not bleeding but i am feeling pain and kind of acidity in my belly.Please guide me did i something wrong with my health.I am very worried.

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Pregnancy test remains positive upto 2 weeks after abortion.
However, you should get an ultrasound done to confirm whether the abortion was complete.
If the ultrasound is normal, then there is nothing to worry.
Pain and acidity can be due to various reasons , and you can take antacid tablet for that.
I will strongly suggest you to get an ultrasound done to confirm the diagnosis.
