Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Your information is very small to give any decent possibilities. There is no mention of age, gender, duraiton of illness, any significant medical problems and if medications taken.
Routinely black colored stools represent bleeding in the upper gut. The blood that might be oozing into the gut gets digested with acids to give a black color to the stool. Unless there is significant bleed the stools will not be stained black.
With accompanying stomach pain I suggest a thorough evaluation of the gut with the following tests
Per abdomen examination by a physician
Stool microscopy
Ultrasound abdomen
Hemogram
Let me know if there any significant findings in the above tests. I will be waiting.
