Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query.
Have gone through your details and answers are,
Headache is most likely due to mild dehydration.Keep a watch on your systolic(upper) blood pressure. It should always be more then 100mmof hg.Drink plenty of fluid containing electrolytes.
Pain in right hypochondrium can be either due to involvement of gall bladder(Stones) or due to infection or inflammation in liver.
Making random guesses are not going to help you. I would suggest you to go for two tests initially to rule out the primary organs that may be involved.
Liver function tests and Ultrasound abdomen to rule out gall stones or liver inflammation as possible cause.
Follow up with reports.
Regards!
